With HST (Harmonized Sales Tax) being implemented on July 1, 2010 you still have the opportunity to get that new lot or new home at 5% GST ... saving 7% on any new builds or new lots, recreational rental  property...all you have to do is take possession before July 1st... Interest rates are still lower than in the 1950's so take advantage of the economy.
